I started with Dance Moves as a participant and am very excited to be a part of the Dance Moves instruction team. I danced from ages 5 to 18, competing during the later years. I’ve never lost my love for dance, although school and family have taken me in other directions. I have training in ballet, tap, jazz, and a bit of flamenco (just for fun!).
Family is a big part of my life. I have a husband and two grown children who, although they are involved in school and other things, are still very much a part of my everyday life. We are long-time Edmonton residents and I work at the University of Alberta.
I searched a long time for a program like Dance Moves—something that is challenging, fun, energetic, a great workout, and is full of great people. Thank you to Linda for inviting me to be a part of it all!
