I’ve been instructing Dance Moves for 21 years and loving every minute! Dance is my passion and bringing that passion to others through Dance Moves is a privilege.
I started dance classes when I was 5 and trained in different forms of dance. In my high school years and while going to college I taught dance with a local dance troupe. After having my children, I was looking for a way to stay in shape and that is when I found Dance Moves.
Dance Moves is a perfect fit for me. I get to do what I love to do, dance, stay fit and bring my love of dance, fitness and a healthy lifestyle to others. Dance Moves is such a well-rounded fitness program and it can be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of age or experience in a comfortable non-competitive atmosphere. From the many dance styles to the great music and choreography every session is a blast!
I love to see the joy that dance brings to people as well as both the physical and emotional benefits. Dance is truly good for the body, mind and soul. I look forward to every class where I get to spend time with a wonderful group of individuals who love to dance and really enjoy each other’s company!
Dance Moves has brought so much to my life. Linda has created an incredible program and her passion and dedication to Dance Moves is inspiring and contagious. I feel very fortunate to be a part of the Dance Moves team.
