Online Schedule
Your online classes will be released on Wednesday of each week of the Session. There will be 10 classes of progressive learning and two 30-minute Cardio Blast classes, dancing and stretching only. The Cardio Blast classes will be released after class 5 and after class 10. You will have unlimited 24/7 access to your classes for 13+ weeks.
